http://www.rifftrax.com/ondemand/if-mirrors-could-speak Cruel self-assessment is given a new twist as vulnerable grade-schoolers are forced to look into the deep blackness of their own souls only to reach the inevitable conclusion that they are unloved and they will spin out their meaningless years on this drifting rock before dying alone and afraid. And there's clowns! The affable John is our tour guide through this carnival mirror nightmare, and at the end, as we babble on cold and terrified like Nietsche's madman ("Do we not stray, as through infinite nothingness? Does not empty space breathe upon us? Has it not become colder? Does not night come on continually, darker and darker?") we're just glad that Mike, Kevin and Bill were there to mop up the despair! DRM Free!

Just wanted to say thank you for the DRM free shorts! Bought every one so far and will probably buy all of them in the future. The best use of $.99 I can think of. Keep up the good work!

Damn, that was a weird one Good riffing, though. Funny from the beginning to the end.

I just downloaded the WMV file and it's 320x480 resolution with large black areas on the top and bottom.

Really??? Hmm, I watched it and I didn't see that. I'll look at it again, though. Weird.

The best short yet. The 'depressed clown' riffs had me in stitches.

I actually started school when the 70s started, this short seemed more like an accurate retelling of that long ago era.
Don't remember that mirror though.

Is it me or does that little girl from the sample who steals a carton of milk look like The Joker from The Dark Knight?
