Hey! It’s time for the major DVD sales for the week of March 14- 20, 2010. As usual, the Rifftrax related titles are in italicized blue. (iRiffed titles are in Red and things that might interest riffers are in purple. Please note: The management of this thread takes no responsibility if no Rifftrax of a particular title is ever produced or if a different release of the film is riffed.)

And just for amusement, here's the New Moon page from this week's Toys R Us ad:

(Both the DVD and blu-ray are $24.99 each)

I think the girl on the left has Bella's stare down pat. Or maybe she's a zombie.

And for Pete's sake, someone get Edward a shirt. It's chilly up there in Oregon.

I was at FYE today, and as I was checking out with my Cake CD, the checkout girl asked if I'd like to reserve a copy of New Moon, I laughed so obnoxiously loud, I'm afraid she might need a hearing aid in the future.

Having worked at FYE, I can tell you that having a functioning sense of hearing at that place is almost certainly a handicapSmiley

Amazon is letting people who pre-order the movie watch it on their website for free....

Guess they're hedging their bets in case they can't get the movie to everyone on release day.  But I hope they have enough bandwidth for that....

BTW.....

I'll refrain from linking to the New Moon themed adult film that appears just below the New Moon Blu-Ray.

They must have moved it (come on, you know you were making everyone go look with that....).

New Moon Blu-ray is 20.00 at Amazon . And they have a deal that if you preorder you can watch it on release day... thinking of pulling the trigger on that deal.

Haha, my bad Ms. Duck Wink

Still havent ordered. The Amazon deal is technically good... but it's hard to justify spending 20 bucks on Twilight 2.

I REALLY hope Mike and the guys knew about this quote when writing the Rifftrax.
