Since most of us are probably movie buffs, here is a place to flaunt your awesome (and not so awesome) home theater set-ups and DVD collections. So post pictures of what you have, no matter how big or small. I'll start us off: Toshiba 52HM84 52" DLP HDTV Onkyo HT-S680 6.1 surround sound (100 watts/ch) Toshiba HD-A2 HD-DVD Player Playstation 2 (pretty much used only for Guitar Hero) ~300 DVD's on my home-made shelf. For the full collection click here. A Pulp Fiction poster I cut up and put into frames.

Nice TV!!
And I really like the DVD shelf. The 3 part Pulp Fiction frames are a great idea!
I'll have to post an updated picture of my set-up. All I'm missing is a nice big HDTV!

Nice, Smilin Jack.
Now remind us again, where do you live, exactly? And also what's your preferred vacation time? Be as specific as you like.
I keed, I keed! Nice set-up, and I like what you did with the Pulp Fiction poster.
I have a giant framed Mitchell poster, myself. I can say this without any fear of someone coming to steal it away.

I'm not going to take a pic of my stuff. It's not THAT impressive. I have lobby cards from Mexican lucha movies adorning my room, which are pretty cool. My personal favorite is 'La Mujer Murci?lago'.
does anybody else arrange their DVD's by date the movie was released?

Get on it, it's probably one of the most satisfying purchases I've ever made. Well, that and those Snickers Ice Cream Bars I bought last week, they're friggin' delicious.

Here's my baby, a 1958 Philco Predicta. When the weathers right, I can still pick up the DuMont Network. Not much in the way of surround sound (or color for that matter), but I can't imagine a more stylish way to watch "Fibber McGee and Molly".

You better be careful Spi-D, Mathew Brock owns the right to "Fibber McGee and Molly" now. You wouldn't want Spaz to sue you for unauthorized use of a name.

He owns the rights to the short lived NBC sitcom that is based on the radio show of the same name?
Also, Spaz was played by Jack Blum, not Matthew Brock.
Here, let me get Chris Makepeace on the phone, he can clear this all up....

I'm fairly sure that when Jimmy James gave Mathew "Spaz" Brock the "FibberMcGee and Molly" rights, that included anything associated with the radio show.
Still, I would have asked for a yellow Mazda Miata.

That is the rockinist tv ever!
Yup, new word: rockinist.
Better than the last word I came up with: vagi-savvy.
Don't ask.

Grapes? I hate grapes, I can't stand grapes. I loathe grapes. All kinds of grapes. I hate green grapes and I hate purple grapes. I hate grapes with seeds, I hate grapes without seeds. I hate them peeled and nonpeeled. I hate them in bunches, one at a time and in small groups of twos and threes.

Hm. I don't have much in the way of a home theatre system. I recently bought a Kuzuki DVD player from ebay for ?50 which plays AVI files, which is handy. I have lots and lots of DVD's, mostly old studio stuff from the 1940's and 50's; film noirs, especially.
