Anything really ticking you off right now? Wanna vent, but have no relevent thread in which to do so?
Here you go.
I was online, looking for classes for next semester this morning, with the aim of adding two more to the ones I already chose yesterday. My aim was four classes. After an hour or so, I find them, and select them. 4 classes, all going towards my major! Yay!
Until I checked back this afternoon. Then I found out that I forgot to actually enroll in them, and in the two hours I was away, the classes got filled.
Back to square one, and after two hours, I have only been able to to find 1 more class that goes towards my major.
RRRRRAAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!
Of course, I know that is both my fault for waiting so long to do this, and for not finalizing my selections the first time. However, knowing it's my fault doesn't make my insane rage go away, and I can only aim it at myself. I'm pretty sure that at the worst point, my body temp was at 103 or more.
It's not so bad, though- I can just find a filler class, and I'll be all set.
Ahhhhh.... that was helpful.

Fortunately, I already had 300 at the top of my cue, a friend of mine told me this movie was pretty bad. Naturally, when I hear a movie is bad my sadomasochistic side makes me want to watch it as soon as possible. I will join you in raging against the Netflix machine though, because I wanted to check on what movies I was getting today. Those bastard machines. |

Here's mine:
I hate our swamp cooler!!!!
Our swamp cooler is 4 years old and nearly EVERY FREAKING SUMMER we've had it, it's found reasons to break down (usually multiple times). It's been essentially rebuilt with new parts over these same years, and it still breaks down every summer. I want to go up on our roof and knock it to the ground with a baseball bat, and then finish the job with a chainsaw. I want it off our roof and I want a NORMAL flippin' central AC unit installed. Swamp coolers SUCK ASS!!!!!!!!!! If anybody on these forums ever moves to a desert state like NM, don't get a swamp cooler!!! Don't believe any crap anyone tells you about needing humidity to cool air and what not. Regular AC units work just fine out here. New houses are built with these crappy things on them because they're cheap, not because they work (ie: KEEP working). Swamp coolers only chill the air for about 20 degrees anyhow, so if it's 108 degrees outside, it's going to be 88 degrees inside. They suck.
Of course, I'm saying all this after being told today by Pak that he's had to call in the repair guys AGAIN for this stupid machine. I'm beyond livid at this point over this dumbass machine.

It's not a Federation anymore. And undoubtedly in my mind, wrestling was the best in the 90s when it tried acting all hardcore and extreme. So much unintentional humor...
