Your best might be to see if Amazon (whose ad hasn't leaked yet) matches the WM prices at midnight Pacific. Or just take a copy of the ad into a competitor that does price matches at 8-10 (while the sale is still on but the crowds aren't as insane)  and get a price match there.

Yeah, it looks like I'm buying a copy and then returning it elsewhere since I just paid $50 for it. (And at the midnight release, it looked predominantly 360. I think a lot of PC people bought it through Steam.)

Just to let people know my mom works at Wal mart and because of what happened last year the way they do things has changed.  This year cops will be in the store .  Also you have to tell the Door greeter what you are getting and then an employee will lead you to a Q.  Each Q will have a cop or a manager stationed at it and anyone who starts to get out of hand will be lead out of the store.

So come early and know what you are going to get or you will not get it.
