DogKnob is happy to announce that, due to popular demand, our VOD riff of The Trollenberg Terror is now available in MPEG-2 format from dogknob.com for those of you who like to create your own DVDs.

When you purchase and download our VOD, it will contain instructions on how to download the MPEG-2. For those of you who have already bought our VOD, you can either download the new version of the RiffTrax AVI file containing the instructions (it is of slightly higher quality than the previous version) or you can PM us (be prepared to answer a few easy trivia questions) and we will provide instructions on how to download the MPEG-2.

Hires? If you look in the images section of this website, you can find the poster there. Can't you simply save a copy of the image here? It's the full-size version. I can just drag it onto my desktop (mac).

I am living in a pipe dream world where all images are at least 2200 by 1600 pixels!

We never bothered to do the poster at that size. It was our first iRiff project. We started it in May and it came out during the "server crisis" in August. By the time we were done, we were DONE if you know what I mean. We saw the specs they were expecting for the poster and made it that size.

We are kicking around the idea of doing some custom DVDs to give out as Xmas presents. This requires that I learn Adobe Encore and we are already under deadline for our next project because we're collaborating with 3 other riffing groups, but it may happen, who knows? If it does, we might actually start selling those as well. I can tell you they would price for significantly more than $5.99 though. This is all hypothetical  Undecided

Trying to work on a DVD cover for this.    Found a really cool hires theater poster....... downside is the movie is called "The Crawling Eye".    I can try and clone that out on the poster and see what I can do.    Something to keep me busy during the week.

Man, I love those old time "painted" movie posters, but they sure get dingy over time and need a LOT of cloning and painting.    I can do this while watching football this evening.

Edit:    Oh, the front is coming along nicely..... thank goodness for the clone, paint, erase and blending tools!

I honestly think I am tired at looking at the stupid scratched up and bent poster!    Anyway, all DVDs need covers, even prying eyes.
