Movie snob and proud of it!

This is a Warner brother short that i am sure is in the public domain.  It has funny things in it but it is not really a comedy short and it needs to be riffed. 

It is live action with monkeys and other animal walking around small sets and features such things as dogs walking dogs,monkeys directing traffic,and a monkey in black face.  Yes you read that right A MONKEY IN BLACK FACE!

I am telling you this thing would make a great short.
