I'm getting an error message before the movie starts that says An exception was raised on the server: Access violation at address 004048B6 in module 'ComX.exe'. Read of address 000FAFE9.

When I play the movie, I can hear the audio but the video is black. I'm playing this on the same computer I always used to watch my .riff files on. I have no idea what has changed.

haven't really experienced this error before. is it just with one movie?
