Anyone been keeping up lately with the alarmingly fast resurgence of the Nazi movement in Russia? I haven't been able to read up a whole lot on it and my coworker is telling me some crazy shit about the violence going on in Russia mainly on immigrants and migrant workers or anyone that doesn't appear to be a "true Russian". You'd think Russians of all people would have learned from WWII the folly of bullshit like this. Check out the Russian National Unity flag. Yeah, that's totally not a swastika.

I'd read somewhere that neo-nazis mostly come from the former Eastern Bloc, where instead of having to live with history of nazism, they'd grown up exclusively under the dominion of Communism and their retelling of history. I also suspect that immigration to those countries was severely limited and thus has decreased those people's exposure to other cultures.

If WWII taught us anything, it's that it's not difficult to convince a large group of people of just about anything, no matter how untruthful or horrendous.

When they start storing their vodka in the Ark of the Covenant I'll start worrying....
Besides, isn't it about time for the German's generational spanking yet?? Maybe they're taking in the glorious Soviet Russian countryside while attempting to convert enlighten others.

Unfortunately it's more an issue of taking the hateful lunatics that already exist in society and organizing them. I imagine there's not a whole lot of convincing that has to be done.

Apparently there's about 50,000-70,000 Nazi's in Russia which makes up about half of the number of Nazi's worldwide.

Check out the Russian National Unity flag. Yeah, that's totally not a swastika. Stylish Why do people so yearn to be serfs? Because that's what an ideal NAZI society consists of; A bunch of Serfs with a predatory Ubermensch class ruling them. All in the name of the Volk.

At least the Russian nazis are cutting out the middleman on the way to totalitarianism.

It's certainly better than the dirge of a national anthem we have.
