Submitted my list. Animation is kind of my obsession, so this was the easiest list for me to fill, and the hardest for me to choose. I didn't even have room on my list for the animated Pac-Man! THAT'S how much animation I love. :^)
I had the same problem---so hard to narrow it down, and to rank them. I had to spend a while coming up with criteria before I could do anything. |

I got a lot of really good ones.. I may do an honorable mention top 10ish of ones that got at least 24-25 points and just missed the list. Do them all in one day, then premier the real list the next day...

My criteria I picked was 1) great animation all things considered 2) great writing 3) great voice work (where applicable), 4) how interesting a character and how well they carry a film/short/series, 5) for film characters, how volitional they are and also their character arc, and 6) for film characters, what great deeds they accomplished. I know, that's a lot of criteria, but I had to make it that complicated to narrow it down.  |

got 17 lists so far (that includes mine).. One has a slight problem with it as a duo is listed twice. Sent a couple PMs. If they don't get back to me with a replacement I'll simply toss it out and make it a list of 24...
The bottom half of the list is constantly changing. A couple days ago at about 14 lists the lowest points on the list was 24 and had a list of about 56 or 57. Now the lowest total points is 30 and is exactly 50 items. Over 207 characters are listed. Any one of them still has the chance to make the list.
