Official Rifftrax?  None.  iRiffs for Predator and the Celluloid Shinobis treatment of Twilight were so awful that I could only watch them in 20 minute increments once a day.

With "The Room" it inches its way into the back of your mind and ambushes your soul like a panther in the jungle.  A huge, clumsy, lumpy, foreign-y panther in a tux carrying a football.

I assume then that a screaming of YOU'RE TEARING ME APART!!! would be appropriate?

Sorry if I seem dense, but the riffs were awful or the movies themselves?

Don't worry about it.

We're talking the movies themselves here.

And I guess I can go ahead and throw in "Cloverfield" for this one.  You can line up a thousand people who love that movie more than life itself, but it will not change the fact that I can't even watch that turd with the Rifftrax commentary.  Forced myself through it once, but never again.  This, by the way, is coming from someone who was able to sit through Howard the Duck nearly 100 times (so far).

Dare I say I had an easier time getting through The Room than I just did through Transformers....?

With The Room I could appreciate it as the crappy, clueless film that it was.

Transformers was released by Spielberg's film company and had millions of dollars invested in it...and yet I found it unwatchable without the Rifftrax.  If I had - for some reason - tried to watch it unRiffed, I wouldn't have made it past the "Show and Tell" scene in the beginning.

Oi! You ain't seen nothin' till you see the much-worse sequel, which I saw last night. That will be a hard rewatch with the inevitable Rifftrax.

(I actually enjoyed the first one in that this is so dumb it's kind of fun way)

True enough.  Just hard to imagine that anything could have been worse (even though I did see the trailers).

This is probably clearer and more entertaining to watch.

Yes, very much so. It is easier to see what is going on, the design of the robot is better, and I think it has more of a personality than the robots in Bayformers.

That's what really got up my nose in the film....telling one Transformer from the other once they were robots.  The fight at the end.  I couldn't tell which was which and therefore couldn't tell which side was winning!

Someone - I think in one of the Transformer 2 threads - went back and looked at the original cartoon show and said that the stories weren't much better. I do remember that at least you could tell the characters apart easily in animation.

And it's not saying much for the movie(s) that the story they had two hours plus to tell in a movie theater isn't much better than those that had to be done in half an hour minus commercials.

Oh man, I totally agree about not being able to tell most of them apart once they were robots. And not only that, but the designs of the originals were cool and made "sense.*"

You could usually tell what a robot was able to turn into!

The more I discuss this movie the more I am looking forward to it being riffed. Tongue

*As much sense as a show about transforming robots could.

The only Rifftrax I never finished was Ocean's 11, but that was because the RT wasn't really that funny, and then my computer started skipping the DVD and got us off track, so we said "forget it".

I was nearly defeated by Star Wars Holiday Special (the paaaaain) and Twilight (the aaaaaaagony), but both were so well riffed I finished them both and once I got over the pain I found them hilarious.

An MST movie that defeated me was Master Ninja I. It was so bad and the riffing wasn't funny enough for the agony.
