She's also the odd looking person at the end that is watching Bella and Edward, who then turns and walks towards the camera.

So lame.

She's also, secretly, Batman.
Actually she's Batwoman. Edward was originally based on Rat Fink.

The Rifftrax made a joke about that being her, but it was actually the evil vampire Victoria that was watching them.

The what now?

Her picture is on the back page of the book. They crop it so she appears thinner in the picture, and airbrush it to give her a younger appearance.

*Sigh*  At least when JKR started looking hotter in her later author photos it was because she'd gotten the work done to herself, not her photos!

I'm not surprised people missed it, it's so small and she's really just there in the background

So, I go to google in an attempt to see how badly touched up the book photo is and I see this drivel:

"The Twilight Journals set includes four gorgeous journals packaged in a collectible keepsake tin, inspired by Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn (see picture to the right). Each journal features the beautiful and instantly-recognizable Twilight Saga cover art and is fully-designed throughout with images and decorative quotes from each of the books, as well as some of the classic works of literature that inspired them. (October 13, 2009; $24.99)"

Twilight Saga......... SAGA?!

This photo and the movie cameo do not really look like the same person.

She really looks nothing like in the movie. That's hilarious.

There are two things when I consider a good cameo:
1) It is way in background and not too distracting, flowing with other actions/scenes in the movie, or
2) The person doing the cameo is at least doing something, either advancing the plot, or making creating a light, comical moment.

Meyers cameo in Twilight had one specific shot concentrating on her for no damn reason, then cutting back to the characters in the movie, which Hitchcock avoided in his later films because they were too distracting.

Ya know, if you're going to photoshop your shit THAT MUCH, why not just hire someone who looks vaguely like you only hot to pose for your photo?

Based on the picture, I think that's what they did.

Maybe her cameo is a good thing. Now all the people who hate Twilight so much know what she looks like.
