...hahahaha. I love the photo of crazy-Roxy!

I must have went completely braindead as I didn't have any idea she was cast in this. I'm beginning to garner a feel they're going overboard w/ source material if the entire six-volume run will be referenced (when's Volume 6 being released anyway?). Here, I was hoping they'd focus on 1-3...construct the bonds between Scott/Kim, Scott/Knives, Scott/Ramona, and then go all out with Scott/Envy along w/ the requisite character development of Wallace, Stephen, Neil, Stacey, evil-exes.

Also, you'd have one-of-the-coolest climaxes too with the aforementioned concert in my previous post. Regardless, I whole-heartily trust Edgar.

Dragon, dig, iv3r, or anyone, did you by chance give Volume 5 a read yet? My comic book shop finally received a copy for me twelve days ago/I've read it five times since, and the extra wait was so worth it. I can't say I saw the narrative's tonal shift coming.  That and Kim stole the show for me. I love her a ton. It definitely stands side-by-side w/ The Infinite Sadness as my favorites of the series. Way to go, Bryan! Scott's growing up.

Let the year long wait commence...

I have not, and it's bugging me. I did flip through the opening pages at Wondercon (right up to the part when the robot arrives, and it was all excellent so far), but I didn't have any money to actually buy it so I had to leave it be. I also want to get my other copies of the books with me (they're at my house right now) before I get 5, since I like to read them all again before starting another book.

You're in for a ride, Dragon!

I miss Ramona.  Sad

I miss Kim.  Sad

Seriously, I've been waiting for this panel since vs. the World...(spoiler-tagging it)

She's been Scott's stalwart, and that's the first time she's emoted a sense-of-peace since the Say Anything homage in V2. It was bittersweet, and the reciprocity of V2 & V5 was perfect. Come on, Scott...go north and chase her!

And am I the only one who finds Mae to be pretty hot as Roxy?!?  Cheesy

I didn't want to start a thread for The World's End just yet, but here's something super-sweet to satiate us as the finale of the "Blood and Ice Cream Trilogy" is slowly coming into fruition...

I might as well pencil in my movie of '11 as of right now.

Well then I've got good news: http://forum.rifftrax.com/index.php/topic,8358.0.html

Meanwhile, some early Scott Pilgrim set pics: http://chud.com/articles/articles/18754/1/YOUR-FIRST-LOOK-AT-SCOTT-PILGRIM-IN-THE-WILD/Page1.html

Also meanwhile, I still haven't gotten off my ass and read Volume 5. I am ashamed >_>

Also there's a movie website.  Good colour choices.
