Here is what I do not get.  SNL has been doing this bit for years,right?  So why didn't they sue then if it is a real rip off,why wait?  This is nothing but a grab for cash and I am pretty sure the judge will throw it out based on the fact that they should have sued back when the bit first turned up on SNL.  Also I am sure SNL was not the first show to parody MacGyver,why haven't they sued anyone else?  Also MacGyver can not have a copyright on defusing bombs and making useful things that help him escape out of junk so couldn't the producers just change the name and then the MacGyver people would not have a leg to stand on?
