Hey all,
Just posting to let you know that boredom has finally swallowed me whole and I decided to tackle it by farting about with a podcast.
It's basically a bunch of comic sketches and rants called Big Red's Fun Bus (there's a blast from the past for any nostalgia freaks).
I've finished the first episode and it plays like a first episode, a bit rough but it'll do. It was created with a £15 Logitech USB microphone and Audacity so it's to be expected.
I'm thinking about putting one out every month, although depending on how much writing I do it could be shorter or longer time periods depending.
Anyway you can check it out here on the Blogger page I set up for it:
http://bigredsfunbus.blogspot.com/There are options there to allow you to subscribe to the blog using RSS readers. I'll probably start posting videos and writing stuff on it as well at some point.
Give it a listen and let me know what you think. All feedback, positive or negative, is welcome as I don't know if it's any good! And if that doesn't sound like a vote of confidence then I don't know what does!
Cheers
Trumpy's Magic Snout
Episode 1 of Big Red’s Fun Bus - Sharks On A Plane
In this edition Jimmy Jacket reminisces about what entertainment was like in his day, Eddie Armin tries his hand at hypnotism, Malcolm Chuff offers his thoughts on Boy George’s arrest, the nature of heroism, Hollywood’s possible treatment of the Hudson River plane crash and the discovery of methane on Mars.
Plus there’s an edition of Learn To Speak Scottish (West Coast) and David Hasselhoff, Rugger player, looks back at his time on Baywatch.
