Just curious who out there in Rifftrax world have a Wii & wanted to add each other as contacts on there.  (I guess it's the Wii version of the x-box live gamertag thread!)

I, for one, am.  I tried to start this in the video game thread but it seems to have gotten lost in the topic.  So I'll repost my wii # here 2014 2861 2254 0795.  And remember, both people have to enter the number so you better post yours too k1posterchild, being greedy won't work.

wiihaveaproblem.com has a bunch of photos of wiimotes flying and breaking tvs.

You know if you're using the straps correctly, there's no way they'd break. The straps are just loosely around your wrist in case you drop the Wii-Mote while you're swiping/thrusting/shaking. :^)

Wait, you aren't supposed to actually stab the character on the tv?  I've been ramming the Wiimote into the screen all this time!

Mine is: 3686 1797 5390 5716

The first day I played with mine it showed that little "remember to put the strap on as such" warning and I commented out loud, "Please, that's for morons."  Well, about 10 minutes later, my wiimote was flying across the room and smacked right into my TV.  Oops.

I wear the strap now, like a lamer.  To me, that's like wearing a helmet on your bike. It just makes you look like dork, but I'd be peeved if I broke my TV (or my wiimote, those things are hard to find right now).

I hear new skulls are hard to find too, unless you shelled out for the extended warranty when you first got it.  I know I was like "Warranty?  Hell no.  I'm blowing all my cash on pimping out my pacifier and my blankie."  Though I've matured since then.

I was kidding about the bike helmets...well, sorta.  When I was a kid, my mom made me wear one and none of my friends had to (she must have not had the foresight to but that warranty).  I felt like such a dork [sigh].  The voices are still mocking me in my head even to this day!

Although, now I think I'm my mom.  The other day I was going to be driving some kids in my car to a program and I was all, "I don't care what you do in your car, we're not leaving this parking lot until everyone buckles up!" and they were like "Ah, man. We thought you were cool."  Seeing as though I've almost killed them all several times off-roading with golf carts, you'd think they'd be more than happy to buckle up.

But, I guess, screw safety.  Like if all about looking cool.  If you're going to die, you might as well not look like a dork doing it.

The problem is that they are using the straps and when they slip the straps break and their Wii goes flying across the room.

ok, you're added AmandaGal & varietyofcells.  Just curious, how many people show up in your Wii Parade?  I'm still at 2.

I have lots of people in mine but I set my travel mode on. I don't think I know all the people there personally (unless some of my friends have random Miis).

BTW K1, I keep getting "This Wii number is incorrect" when I enter yours.
