While working on some website stuff today I popped in the two-parter that I did with Ice On Mars of "Best of Both Worlds". Seriously, folks, not to plug my own work, but IOM really hit it hard with this one. They made some DANG funny riffs on the crew of the intrepid starship Enterprise. I'd recommend it any day.

I totally read this as "I pooped in the two-parter" and was like, 'Wow, I thought Matt did a fine job...' It makes far more sense on a second read-through. I haven't watched this since it came out so mostly what I remember is that Matt's Picard blows mine away still, which is really sad as I was so proud of mine. Sigh. That, and our line is 'and Marina Sirtis as the useless bitch,' because Jason's been rewatching TNG, and he commented when we watched the disc three Voyager riffs (sorry, guys, but we've all at least seen them! I don't mean to keep anyone in suspense!), 'wow, kes does more counseling of the doctor in first season Voyager than Troi does on TNG combined.' So there's that.

Quiptracks Van Helsing - I love love love this one! My favorite Quiptracks. I've probably watched it 20 times or more, it never gets old. As much as I love HULK, I still watch it remembering all the fun of the writing sessions, so it's different.
You know you're a newb when you get beat by a guy armed with a bell. I hope he picks his nose and blows his head off. Meanwhile, the Nina's haulin' ass. *heavy breathing* These horses were a gyp. We're not going faster at all. The people on the dance floor are starting to get bored. Pass out more glow sticks! And monks who lay with townie chicks will feel crustaceans bite. Now what could that mean? Slow lightning. I'll say. It doesn't even know to strike the highest point.

I hated Van Helsing while working on it, but it's been awhile since then and it's become one of my favorites as well.

Nightmare Before Christmas with Cinester Theater iRiff - This is one of my favorite movies of all time! Right up there with The Incredibles* and Lord of the Rings. I'm usually not much on musicals, but everything about this from the animation to the songs to the story and characters is just brilliant! This is a great riff (as all of theirs have been)! I've watched it quite a few ties by now and it still impresses me.
It looks like they live in the clubhouse from Earnest Scared Stupid. NO MURDER! Dom Deluise? This town murders everything! You know the real twist is the elves have bee trying to scare the kids all these years. Doesn't Santa know Christmas magic or something? Cast Magic Missile at 'em!
*Now if Cinester would riff The Incredibles, HOT DAMN!

And we did our sing-along song parody riff to the Burn-E short on Wall-E. (Goes nice with the Insert Coin(s) riff.)

Actually that was done by One Wall Cinema: http://www.rifftrax.com/iriffs/onewallcinema/onewallcinema-burn-e-iriff-sing-alongSorry, I should have mentioned them too. And we did our sing-along song parody riff to the Burn-E short on Wall-E. (Goes nice with the Insert Coin(s) riff.)
Maybe after iRiffs comes back up, you can cross promote your riffs with Insert Coin(s).

Yeah, I plan to. We did some cross promotion on Twitter (and I think once on Facebook on the OWC page)

I just watched Horr-Riff-ic Productions' Gremlins. Great riff. I'm still left with questions about Mogwai after watching this movie though. Like, the whole feeding after midnight thing. How does the Mogwai know what time-zone you're in? What are the rules for day light savings time? How long until it is no longer considered "after midnight." Isn't it always after the last midnight? The whole smoking Gremlins thing. If they can't stand the bright light of fire how did they light the cigars they were smoking? Okay, thinking about it too much. Anyways, great job you two.

Didn't somebody's face get torn off in the sequel for asking those same questions?
