I was absolutely thrilled when I found Rifftrax on iTunes! On one of the podcasts, a person asked about Schnappi. Mike went on recite the song.  So I did some research to see if it was a real song. Sure enough! It was one of those things that blew my mind and therefore I had to get it tattooed on my legs.    My question is Mike...How did you know about Schnappi?  Most Americans have never heard of the little Krocodil.

Schnappi was an Internet meme.  I guess that was when it was popular in Germany. Is it still popular in Germany? Those wacky Germans.

I don't know if that's where Mike had heard it because I don't regularly stalk him, but that's where *I* heard about it.

You don't stalk Mike on the reg? Hell I don't know what he would do if I didn't regularly.  It was popular in Germany about 5 years ago. My co worker who is from there said they came out with all sorts of different dance music for it.  Most of which I own.  I think it is a very cute song and even more totally awsomer phrase! ...LOL

Hmmm. I actually *am* a German and I learned about Schnappi through the jokes on Rifftrax. Only then did I check it out on youtube... But *awwwww* - it *is* bloody cute!
